USCIS Interviews
Preparing for and attending your interview with a USCIS officer.
Many applications, including family-based green cards, asylum applications and citizenship, include an interview with a USCIS officer. The officer reviews your application, asks questions to confirm the facts, and may ask for more documents.
Going in prepared lowers stress and helps avoid avoidable mistakes. Our attorney can accompany you to interviews for matters she accepts. Vista staff can help you gather your documents and plan the day.
